Small quick project, but a fun one, creating a futuristic sword with a “retro” styled glove for a VR game for a Fizz commercial. Incorporating the flexible LED strips gave a nice result, but weakened the base of the blade...

After having been handled vigorously for several takes, the stress at the base of the blade became too strong and the sword separated from the hilt, sending the blade flying into the scenery (and almost killing the cat!). It was the actual take that ended up in the final edit. Because of course it did.
